Orders & delivery

How do I track my order?
Once you place your order, you'lreceive a confirmation email with your order number and any available tracking information. We'l also
include dealer contact information for pickup and delivery items.
Note: Once your item arrives at your selected dealer, they will contact you with delivery and/or pickup instructions.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
If you placed an order and do not see a confirmation email from us:
1. Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox.
2. Contact our support team at support@viplaycart.com / brand@viplaycart.com.

My order status says delivered, but I haven't received it

If your tracking information shows that your item was delivered and you can't find it:
1. Verify your shipping address in your order history.
2. Check for an attempted delivery notice. some of our products require a signature upon delivery.
3. If you placed an order for delivery, contact your selected dealer.
4. Contact our support team at support@viplaycart.com / brand@viplaycart.com. and we'l do everything we can to assist you.

Returns & refunds

General Return policy
If you’re unhappy with your online purchase, we’ll gladly accept your return within 30 days of the shipping date.

Returned items must be in original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware, and accessories. Items must not be damaged due to wear or installation.

We do not accept returns on VIPLAY products. There are no exceptions for this policy.

How are assembly and delivery fees calculated?

Each dealer will calculate assembly and delivery fees.

Do promo codes expire?

Promotional codes do not expire unless specified

Where can I buy VIPLAY products in person?
You can find most VIPLAY products at a VIPLAY dealer near you.

Where do I take my vehicle for maintenance or repair?

VIPLAY vehicles should be serviced by the dealer of purchase.
